When I was a precious pup (this would be back in the small days of the Sixties), I was encouraged by my mum to say prayers at bedtime. My nightly recitation went something like this: "Dear God, I love my mother and my father and my brother and my grandparents and all my aunts and uncles and cousins. Please let me have a chimpanzee."
A lot of those people have died and I'm still waiting for the chimp, Man. (We always capitalize "Man" when we're talking to God, you know.)

Praps you got that chimp many times over, and just failed to recognize it. Er...them. Have you looked at your friends over the years?
Maybe you didn't get the chimp because He answers chimps' prayers, too! Giggity-Goo!
